School Custodian Appreciation Day, observed annually on the first Friday of October, shines a light on a workforce that rarely gets the spotlight. Custodians do far more than sweep floors. They sanitize high-touch surfaces, handle repairs, shovel snow before the morning bell, set up gyms and auditoriums for events, and are often the first to spot safety concerns.

Our custodians Sue and Clarence Binde are long time custodians for our NESC office. We appreciate all that they do to keep our building ready and looking clean. Thanks Sue and Clarence!
